Simon Adingra began his professional football career in the academy of a small Ghanaian club named, ‘Right to Dream’. He showed extremely high potential in his early years at the club where he scored a goal in almost every game and his consistent performances earned him a move worth 25,000 euros to the U19 team of a club in Norway, Nordsjaell. One year later, Simon Adingra was promoted to the first team which was the turning point in his career.

Simon Adingra began attracting scouts and representatives from some fairly big names because of his blistering pace and intricacy on the ball. One of the big clubs captivated by the youngster was Brighton & Hove Albion. The English side made an offer that was too good for Simon to reject. Adingra moved to Brighton in 2022 for a transfer fee worth 8 million euros.
