Eze began his football career at Arsenal. After being let go at the age of thirteen, he later joined Reading and Fulham. After making his debut for Millwall as a young player, Eze agreed to sign a two-year scholarship with the team. Eze advanced the U18 team and the reserve team swiftly. Eze’s departure from Millwall at the conclusion of the 2015–16 season was announced in April 2016 following his denial of a professional contract offer.
On August 3, 2016, he committed to a professional contract with Queens Park Rangers (QPR).
